About the Owner

Lisa Caceres, owner of RaceFit, Motorsports Fitness Training has been in the fitness and auto racing industry for over 30 years.

She owned her own health club for several years before she became a full-time professional car racer winning many races including 24 hour endurance races throughout the U.S. and Canada.

She also raced karts for many years winning several championships.

Lisa also raced jet skis and in1991 competed with the world’s best jet skiers at the World Finals in Arizona, finishing 5th overall.

She is also a Precision/Stunt driver for the television and film industry.

Lisa is a ACE (American Council On Exercise) Personal Fitness Trainer, and also certified in CPR, First Aid and AED, and a member of the Athlete’s Advisory Board, Stone Clinic, San Francisco, a highly recognized Sports Medicine Clinic for well known athletes.

Lisa’s fitness training regimen has always been an important key to not only staying healthy but for her continued success, whether it’s for winning races and championships or staying fit for stunt driving, or whatever new challenges come her way.

Her racing experience in race cars, race karts, jet skis and motorcycles coupled with her fitness background is a perfect match for any racer looking to get the proper training and/or cross-training program that’s best suited for their specific type of racing.

Lisa trains her racing clients at her fitness studio located in Novato, CA and also selected gyms, as well as trackside to monitor fitness levels while practicing and testing for upcoming races. She is also there to provide assistance with the racers nutritional and hydration demands.

Lisa is also the owner of Race Karts! Inc. Kart Racing Schools. She has been conducting karting programs in the Bay Area and Reno, Nevada for over twenty seven years. 

 

About RaceFit

Racers who want to be at the top of their game know the importance of being in the best shape possible. Incorporating a fitness program into their daily schedule is not only a “must” but a regular routine, even while on the road as well as during the off season. Many of them have personal fitness trainers who travel with them throughout the racing season to keep them on the right “fitness track”.
